Michael Shooster

Michael Shooster

Founder and CEO

Michael Shooster is CEO of Shooster Holdings Corporation (SH) with notable portfolio companies focused in the telephone answering service and virtual receptionists industries as well as the CCaaS industry. As an entrepreneur for over 50+ years, with extensive experience as an executive in the contact center, fulfillment, software development, and property development industries, Michael has shown vision, careful planning, and the commitment necessary for the long haul. Since 1994, as President and Founder of 777 Properties Inc., Michael has negotiated the purchase, sale, and management of land, offices, and distribution facilities. 

In addition, he has led various construction projects including contact centers, 3PL centers, mission critical facilities, and he has been responsible for numerous building remodeling projects and renovations. Michael is a huge believer in the saying “you get back what you put in” and this is why Michael actively supports his community in many ways. In fact, one of his most proud moments was when he got the chance to be a part of the creation of a local nature preserve in his parents honor called the Herman and Dorothy Shooster Nature Preserve. In his efforts to continue to support his community for many years to come, Michael recently developed the Shooster Family Foundation.

Alizabeth Shooster

President

Alizabeth is President at Shooster Holdings. As a graduate from The University of Michigan with a degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Alizabeth has worked as an executive leader for the contact center industry for 30+ years and has 25+ years of experience in HR Management. 

Alizabeth has a strong business acumen and extensive experience with high volume talent acquisition, employee relations and retention, strategic HR planning, policy & benefit administration, and talent development. With a consistent track record in developing high impact solutions required to meet and exceed business objectives, Alizabeth is an experienced executive who has helped grow Shooster Holdings into what it is today.

Logan Shooster

VP of Strategic Growth

Logan Shooster is VP of Strategic Growth at Shooster Holdings. With a Bachelor’s degree in History from Amherst College, Logan developed his leadership skills and discipline as a football player for four years during his time in college. He joined the family business after graduating and has been a driving force behind its growth and success ever since.

Logan believes in building and investing in mission-driven companies backed by strong teams who are looking to achieve long-term growth. As the third-generation in a family business, Logan firmly believes in fostering a positive and inclusive business culture that promotes loyalty, equality, and innovation. He is dedicated to creating opportunities for employees to develop new skills, pursue their passions, and advance their careers. Logan’s mission is to positively impact his community by making a meaningful investment in the education, development, and growth of the current and future employees of SH and its subsidiaries.

Luis Bedoya

VP of Operations

Luis Bedoya is VP of Operations at Shooster Holdings. Luis started his journey with Shooster Holdings as an operator in 1996. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated his exceptional work ethics, leadership qualities, and business acumen, leading to his steady climb up the corporate ladder. He was instrumental in diversifying the company’s business operations by paving the way for the virtual workforce in 2012, which has been a significant factor in the company’s growth and success. Luis is currently the COO of Answering Service Care and Berkshire Receptionists, two of the most successful ventures of Shooster Holdings. Under his leadership, both companies have flourished, providing top-notch services to their clients and becoming industry leaders in their respective fields. Luis’ passion for helping others see the best in themselves is reflected in the way he leads his team. He is a mentor to many and is known for his ability to bring out the best in his employees. He inspires them to be their best selves, both professionally and personally. His philosophy of “Work hard and stay humble” is something that he lives by and encourages others to follow. In conclusion, Luis Bedoya is an exceptional leader, who has made a significant impact on Shooster Holdings and the businesses it operates. He will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to the company and his employees, his dedication to his work, and his ability to help others see their potential. He is an inspiration to many and a true example of a leader who works hard and stays humble.
Jenice Tsai-Zwickel

Jenice Tsai-Zwickel

VP of Finance

Jenice Tsai-Zwickel is the Vice President of Finance for Shooster Holdings. Jenice is a results-driven financial expert with over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting operations. Jenice has worked closely with the CEO since 1996 and other members of the executive team through her prior position at Global Response, a U.S. based contact center. Jenice joined Shooster Holdings when it was founded in 2019 and has been instrumental in the company’s success. Jenice is a highly skilled financial professional with a proven track record of success. Jenice is responsible for overseeing the financial stability and growth of portfolio companies as well as providing financial advisory services to the CEO for strategic planning, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profit optimization. She is also multilingual, as she is fluent in Mandarin along with some proficiency in Taiwanese.

Outside of work, Jenice enjoys international travel, having visited over 30 countries, and spending time with family and friends. Her dedication to excellence is evident in her work. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and colleagues and is passionate about helping companies achieve their financial goals.

Director of People and Culture

Colman Munoz is the Director of People and Culture for Shooster Holdings. Colman joins us with a 14-year track record of HR and Operational leadership at companies like Target, Amazon, and Chewy. He’s not only a champion of inclusive and supportive workplaces but also an advocate for ensuring team members have opportunities to grow and succeed.

Colman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the California University of Pennsylvania.  He also holds a Certified Professional Certificate from The Society for Human Resource Management. Colman is committed to strengthening our community and enhancing our work culture, aligning with company goals and values.

Beyond work, Colman enjoys the outdoors, traveling, home improvements, and spending time with his friends, family, and three rescue dogs. He believes a healthy work-life balance is critical to success and strives to support employees in achieving their personal and professional goals.
